Job Puropse:

A Business Development Specialist has a vital role to play in the growth and success of an organization. They are responsible for creating and implementing strategies that help the company expand its market presence, develop new products or services, and increase the value of its offerings. They work closely with a team of professionals to identify opportunities for 3rd Party business development and make informed decisions to drive growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1- Supporting:

Identify Third Party Projects that support PRC long-term, strategic direction | Promote and market investment opportunities to attract new tenants & investors. | Develop procedures that support Business Development initiatives . | Review investment models, feasibility studies, and business cases for opportunities.

2- Planning:

Evaluate technologies and products that will further develop the downstream domestic markets in the Kingdom. | Periodical evaluation of domestic markets to determine competitor's products and what markets offer opportunity.

3- Market research and Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, targeted industries, competitors, and regulatory landscape, Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities within targeted industries.

4- Negotiation and Coordination:

Negotiate agreements, facilitate meetings, and site visits, and manage the investor transaction process, Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, and stakeholders. Serve as conduit for all interfaces between internal functions and external investors.

5- PRC Strategy:

Develop business strategies for expanding the industrial park (RPTP), and third-party investment projects by attracting new tenants and investors to maximize value. Collaborate cross-functionally and with stakeholder to execute strategies and align with organizational goals.
