Associate Project Management

Description You as an Associate Project Management will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be supporting the execution of projects and ensures that all related duties and responsibilities activities are performed in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements. The role is a key player supporting Supports the unit operations by leading the execution of small size project and supporting senior project managers by coordinating with different departments and third-party stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, building estimates, suppliers follow up and scheduling meetings as needed. Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization).
  • Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
  • Working may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables.
  • Seeking to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer Interaction. Building trust, confidence and loyalty with customers
  • Preparing and submitting project progress report to customer as per contractual Requirements.
  • Closely monitoring and documenting change requests from customer related to project scope and getting approvals for time extension, additional cost etc.
  • Co-ordinating with customer for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and arranging the timely dispatch clearances.
  • Co-ordinating with commercial team for Invoicing and with logistic team for dispatch of goods.
  • Co-ordinating with service team for installation, testing and commissioning at site.
  • Co-ordinating with customer for timely collection of payment.
  • Co-ordination for As-built drawings, collection of PAC & FAC and participate in Project Closure and Handing over to service team.
  • Reporting status or progress to internal stake holders/management with appropriate details.

Your background
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Project management and relevant industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
