As a Test Lead at Unipart you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of test cases, and will verify each script is fit for purpose and accurately reflects BAU scenarios prior to commencing a test cycle, this includes ensuring the appropriate amount of regression testing is factored in. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of UAT both internally with the Operational teams and externally with the Customer/third parties, they will be required to produce real time, accurate reporting and should always know, at a glance, where we are with any given test cycle. Flexibility will be needed when it comes to working hours/days, as there will be occasions where there is a requirement to align with other UL sites or Customers based in different time zones in order to effectively manage and/or participate in a UAT. Key responsibilities include:

• Test script creation, this must be a collaborative approach with SAE’s
• Test script execution, ensure all tests are carried out as per the plan
• Time and resource planning for each UAT cycle
• Negotiate resource as and when required
• Create and maintain test project plans
• Progress reports, planned vs actual at appropriate frequency and level depending on the audience
• Create and maintain issue and risk logs
• Defect management, ensure all defects are reported as and when they occur
• Seek approval or sign off from the appropriate people/team
• Ensure test resource has appropriate hardware and software access to carry out the test scripts
• Ensure test resource is appropriately trained
• Collate all test outputs for review
• Analysis of test results
• Key point of contact for conducting UAT with the Customer
• Ensure the appropriate database/application is updated throughout the UAT for internal and external test cycles

• Computer literate including Google and Microsoft packages
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience of conducting UAT in current or previous role
• Ability to prioritise and delegate when needed
• Able to work in a high pressure / time critical environment
