  • Position :-QC Department Manager Location:-Saudi Arabia Education :- Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A masters degree could be an added advantage. Substantial experience in quality control and assurance, particularly in the precast concrete industry Language :- English , Arabic highly preferred Job responsibility Lead and manage the QC team, providing guidance and support. Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments. Develop, implement, and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to quality control. Continuously assess and improve quality control processes. Keep the team informed about changes in quality standards and methodologies. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on quality metrics. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting areas for improvement and successes. Prepare for and participate in external audits by regulatory bodies or clients. Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly. Investigate the root cause of defects and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with procurement to ensure suppliers meet quality standards
