We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Manager to join our team at Clair Global-KSA based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing the operations of assets within the rental business.Responsibilities -Oversee the technical operations of the rental company including maintenance, repairs, and inventory management using the company's proprietary asset tracking systems.Ensure all equipment and assets are well-maintained and in good working conditionDevelop and implement standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and repairsForm a key part of the Global Asset team and participate in weekly meetingsManage a team of technicians and warehouse staff providing guidance and supportCoordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely repairs and replacement of equipmentMonitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demandIdentify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changesCollaborate with the sales t4eam to provide technical support and expertise in customer interactionsStay updated with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure the company remains competitiveRequirements -Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical operations or similar role in the rental industryStrong technical background, with knowledge of audio and communications equipmentExcellent managerial and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a teamGood understanding of equipment maintenance and repairs processesStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields is preferred.If you believe you have the required skills and experience for this position, please submit your resume and cover letter explaining your qualifications.
