Responsibilities:

Responsibility/ Duties Area 1: Operations Management
Oversee and manage all engineering related activities in the assigned unit to ensure timely completing the packages. Area 2: Technical Quality Management
Review and approved Technical documents with high quality and correctness under the assigned unit based on established Roles and Responsibility of the department. Oversee & undertake regular audits of engineering work assigned to the unit to ensure compliance with internal requirements on timely response and soundness. Area 3: Procedures & Compliance Management
Review and consolidate engineering procedures under the unit from time to time for revision and enhance, supervise the design with compliance of established company and department procedures. SA Standards & Procedures to prevent miss-operations and human errors in daily engineering works. Area 4: Cost Management
Implement cost saving activities as per Section's cost saving plan
Review, validate and consolidate Cost Estimation Area 5: Safety Management
Ensure assigned Section's engineering tasks meet corporate safety and environmental policy and standards in order to minimize risk of industrial injuries Area 6: Human Resources Management
Conduct performance reviews of subordinates with Human Resources to finalize staff development program and training needs to further enhance individual potential and contribution to the overall company's performance Area 7: Plant Improvement
Execute Improvement need on the manufacturing facilities for more safety and competitive plants through trouble shooting, Engineering work request, CAPEX and other means, under the assigned unit Area 8: Specific assigned task
Carry out any specific assigned tasks by the company/ department/section on timely and effective manner and achieve the required results with best efforts and team work spirits such as but not limited to:-
Track and Monitor WER progress from Issue of WER-Request till Design completion with Project Support Section
Manage and report the yearly OPEX Budget with Project Support Section
Weekly and Monthly reporting of KPI progress

Competencies and Skills:

Bachelor of Engineering (Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Process)

Experience in Oil & Gas Projects Design & Execution Proven Knowledge and experiences in the in-charge field as well as general oil & petrochemical plants engineering practices.
Sound knowledge on safety requirements, risk evaluation and environmental policy of this company
