Job Title: Sr Sales Executive Function: Sales Reports to: Manager – Sales & Customer Service Location: KSA Roles and Responsibilities: • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation. Actively prospect and engage with decision-makers to promote freight forwarding services. • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of the company's freight forwarding solutions. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients. • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. • Quotation and Proposal Generation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for freight forwarding services. Develop comprehensive proposals that address client needs and differentiate the company from competitors. • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of service contracts with clients. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of agreed-upon terms. • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to adapt strategies accordingly. • Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast. • Collaboration with Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Address any operational challenges that may impact customer satisfaction. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices, freight forwarding regulations, and relevant technologies. Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
