  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and can determine a candidate's potential through clever questions.
  • They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Source candidates through various channels, and conduct screening to confirm fit for job and MOL requirements.
  • Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
  • Participate in optimizing the current recruitment process
  • Obtain and Review Job Descriptions with hiring managers
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to post jobs and source candidates
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Coordinate and monitor the flow of the process of CV review and interview scheduling of approved candidates
  • Support hiring managers during interviews and provide feedback on candidates' performance
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and interviews
  • Track hiring metrics/KPIs and Update weekly reports

Must-have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with the Google suite is a plus
  • Ability to engage and understand cultural and behavioral competencies
  • Technical recruiting experience and ability to assess technical competencies is a plus
