We are looking for a Filipino nationality Barista and Cashier to work in a new Coffee and lounge in Dammam
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standards
- Very knowledgeable of all bar/lounge products and recipes.
- Able to sell and make recommendations to the guests.
- Provide a high level of quality and efficient/friendly service.
- Strictly adhere to the outlet's established opening and closing procedures and check beverage stock.
- Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each beverage/beverage accordingly
- Ensure that the bar counter and the area around it are always clean and tidy.
- Monitor operating supplies to reduce damage and waste.
- Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Build rapport with guests and maintain a good relationship.
- Perform teller functions and ensure strict adherence to teller procedures.
- Prepare all drinks decorations when the lounge opens
- Perform any assigned duties in other services within F&B
- Assist in the training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.
- To read and understand the CORE SERVICE EXCELLENCE how-to guide to adhere to company rules and r, particularly articular, fire, hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures.
To comply with local legislation as required.
- Be flexible and expand the scope of job duties Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the functional capacity as assigned, including redeployment to alternate departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- Attend training courses and meetings when needed. Experience and qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Barista/Bartender
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Flexibility to work in different shifts
- The ability to gauge customer preferences
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma: Appropriate training is an added advantage.
