Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day investment accounting of all multi-asset class local and international investments and daily profit and loss.
• Recording every transaction of every current account, investment account, local and international investments, etc. (money transfers, coupon payments, dividend payments, capital gains).
• Preparing and calculating monthly cash positions of all current accounts, and investment accounts, with local and international banks.
• Preparing and calculating monthly the market values of local and international investments.
• Preparing quarterly financial statements of multiple portfolios. (Each portfolio is a separate entity).
• Prepare the projected cash flow of the investments (bonds, coupons, etc.). 
• Supporting the transfer of historical data to reporting software.
• Inputting the data and recording all transactions in the reporting software.
• Calculating and reviewing the different fees of service providers (banks, asset management firms).
• Maintaining proper records and bookkeeping of all transactions and documents.
• Confirming wire receipts and disbursements.
• Keeping a log of all items outstanding.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all the information.

Qualification:

• 5 Years Similar experience working in an asset management company, single-family office banks, or financial institution.
• Education background in accounting.
• Proficient in Using Microsoft Office. 
• Experience in using ERP and reporting tools and software.
