- The Industrial Security System Engineer is expected to support establishing and managing all facets of security:
Primary Accountabilities:
- Support managing the project security programs.
- Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the project objectives in compliance with the High Commission of Industrial Security (HCIS)
- Support directs assessments and audits for security vulnerabilities and loss-event risks.
- Recommends cost-effective and efficient protective measures.
- Support supervising security personnel and contract service provider personnel.
- Support managing internal investigations relating to sensitive or complex security issues within the project.
- Support managing security operations that provide physical protection and safety to the Project and assets which include people, property, information, and reputation.
- Prepare, develop, and update security and emergency guidelines and plans for the project.
- Provide technical advice and assistance in the selection and integration of any new security systems into existing facilities.
- Having relative experience with security systems such as CCTV, ACS, IDAS, IDMS, SONAR, RADAR, and security equipment such as crash barriers, Drop Raising Arm barriers, Turnstiles, X-Ray machines ..etc.
- Having a strong understanding of HCIS directives.
