Achieves target sales as a minimum, through customer consultations and referrals.
Sets and adjusts in-showroom availability timings according to customer patterns, and invites
walk-in or by appointment consultations.
When not in showroom, ensures an effective referral system and customer leads database is
established and maintained (through Design Assistant / store staff).
Follows up customer contacts through telephone calls, meetings and visits to discuss and sell
customer requirements.
Closes sales through customized preparation and personal presentation of professional design
packs to include estimate / quotation.
Maintains up to date knowledge of brands products and Home Design trends.
Proactively discusses selection, range and gaps with brand management.
Applies Interior Design techniques to understand and meet customer requirements, creating
options for furnishings, decoration, fabrics, lighting and layouts that mould brands styles and
standards to customer tastes and preferences.
