Restaurant manager is in charge of hiring, managing the venue, supervise and continuously train staff and ensuring a high quality service at all time to in favour of customer satisfaction. Must be knowledgeable of:

  • Food and Hygiene requirements
  • First aid
  • Menus(food, wine, cocktail, cigar)
  • Allergies
  • Risk assessment
  • Rota
  • Rules and regulations
  • Operating systems
