Ensure the assistance to the bartenders. Prepare the bar set up and miseen place for the bar operation and act in a speedy and professional manner. Prepare hot and cold beverages as required. Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the proper materials and supplies are on hand. Assist bartenders, other barbacks, and other service team members when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area through disposing of all waste, clearing and cleaning all glassware, and wiping down bar and preparation areas. Participate in the deep cleaning of the bar.
- Stock up as necessary. Maintain storage area tidy and clean, at all times. Perform opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
