We are urgently looking for an enthusiastic team player for our business development department.
1.Strategic Development
- Prepare a Daily field plan by considering Insights' services segments and Saudi Arabia's market and targeted clients
- Plan and execute daily field visits to targeted clients
- Develop a good understanding of the offered services (product knowledge)
2. Opportunity Assessment
- Identify C-level decision-makers at targeted clients and approach them as per BD Plan
- Identify the targeted segment for Insights services and evaluate them as per their expected potential
- Identification of business opportunities by searching relevant industries, market databases & other sources of information and locate business deals from potential clients
3.Execution to Achieve Set Revenue Targets
- Continually develop "Insights" brand and build increasing awareness in the marketplace
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating proposals
- Maintain a good understanding of client business segment and of solutions proposed by the competition
4.Knowledge / Skills
- Ability to meet revenue targets and assigned tasks
- Strong pipeline management skills; from prospecting new clients through to closing deals.
- Expert level experience in multitasking with the ability to set priorities as per the given situation
- Computer literacy including knowledge, experience, and competence of CRM application.
- Strong communication and inter personnel skills for interacting with C-level executives of clients
- Proactive and self-starter with the ability and desire to improve the effectiveness
- Fluent in English and Arabic (is a plus)
