Warehouse Management

• Supervise the logistics of site equipment, and ensures appropriate maintenance to avoid productivity downtime and prolong the lifetime of warehouse equipment
•  Manage the scheduling of warehouse staff to ensure proper staffing in order to receive and dispatch products at the warehouse in a productive and cost-efficient manner
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, such activities include shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance and inventory control

Inventory Management

• Liaise with the Logistics Supervisor and distribution partners to ensure timely and accurate movement of products
•  Ensure the utilized inventory system is regularly and accurately updated to reflect inventory movements, replenishment, and sales activities       

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Implement approved Logistics and Fulfillment's policies, processes, procedures and provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures

Safety, Health and Environment

• Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
• Participate in incident and accident investigations as required in line with agreed safety, health and environment policies, procedures and controls
• Report on changes within APS that impact relevant safety, health and environmental management policies, procedures and controls
