تحضير خطة تدريسية قبل بداية تدريس كل مادة.
تحضير المادة العلمية لكل محاضرة قبل بداية التدريس وتسليمها لإدارة المركز للمراجعة والاعتماد.
تدريس الطلبة وتغطية كل المادة العلمية المقررة في الخطة التدريسية.
وجود ساعات مكتبية للإجابة على استفسارات الطلاب أو الإرشاد العلمي للزائرين.
تحضير تقييمات مختلفة للطلبة مثل مشاريع وتمارين وامتحانات وتصليحها وتسليمها للمركز مع نتائجها.
مخرجات المادة العلمية يجب أن تغطى بالكامل بشكل واضح، ويتم معرفة ذلك عن طريق تقييمات الطلبة التي يجب أن تغطي جميع المخرجات المذكورة في الخطة التدريسية.
تحضير ملف لكل مادة علمية في نهاية الفصل.
تعيين كتاب لكل مادة كمرجع وأساس.
تهييئ بيئة علمية مناسبة للطلبة لإضفاء جو المشاركة.
عدد ساعات الدوام الأسبوعية 48 ساعة.
تسجيل ساعات دخول وخروج الطلبة من المحاضرة.
تغطية المخرجات العلمية خلال المادة بشكل واضح.
على المدرس التعاون مع الإدارة في أي أعمال إدارية مطلوبة.
التقيد بلوائح القوانين والنظام الموجودة في المركز.
الظهور بشكل لائق ومرتب.
متطلبات الوظيفة
المؤهل العلمي: شهادة جامعية أو ماجستير.
الخبرة: تدريس لا يقل عن سنة إلى 3 سنوات.
الشخصية: تستطيع التواصل مع الآخرين بطريقة سلسة، والقدرة على العمل مع فريق.
القدرة على إدارة المحاضرة.

Instructor Responsibilities.
Prepare a course syllabus before the beginning of each course.
Prepare and document course material lecture by lecture before the course starts.
Teaching students by covering all the material that is assigned in the course Syllabus.
Spending office hours with students for any question or help.
Prepare, and mark alternative assessments (i.e. exercises, or projects) for students during classes. Outcomes should be clearly related to assessments. If any outcome not assessed clearly, it will be considered as not taught during the course.
At the end of each course, a course portfolio should be provided.
Assign textbook for each course and alternative resources.
Create a learning environment during classes that encourages students to participate.
Maintain presence in the center for 48 hours/ week.
Document students attendance.
Insure learning outcomes are assessed during semester
Instructor should support the management in administrative tasks as well.
Follow all centers regulations and rules.
Assure appropriate appearance.
Instructors Requirements.
Degree: Bachelor or master degree.
Experience: 1 - 3 years teaching experience.
Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
Excellent skills in managing classes.
