Job Overview
YO HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Arabic Language Expert to join our network of contractors in Saudi Arabia. This is a fully remote, hourly paid contract position focused on reviewing and generating high-quality bilingual (Arabic & English) training content for AI models.
The successful candidate will evaluate AI-generated responses, assess reasoning quality, identify errors, and contribute to improving the accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities- Review AI-generated Arabic and English responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to task requirements.
- Create high-quality bilingual training content and develop detailed prompts to support AI learning.
- Evaluate reasoning quality and step-by-step problem-solving, providing constructive feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Identify methodological, conceptual, and factual errors using reliable reference sources.
- Write high-quality explanations and model solutions for AI training.
- Compare and rate multiple AI-generated responses based on correctness, reasoning quality, and overall performance.
- Test AI models for inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and potential biases across different use cases.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic with excellent writing and editing skills in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major Arabic dialect (Egyptian Arabic preferred).
- Minimum C1 level proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in AI data training, annotation, AI evaluation, or similar language technology projects.
- Familiarity with Arabic localization standards for the MENA region, including terminology, formatting, and cultural nuances.
Skills- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to apply detailed evaluation guidelines consistently.
- Strong fact-checking and research skills.
- Ability to identify reasoning gaps, methodological issues, and unclear explanations.
- Strong analytical, writing, and bilingual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
