Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and nurturing Kindergarten Teacher (KG1 & KG3) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners.
Skills
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and child-centered classroom environment.
- Monitor, assess, and record students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school leadership.
- Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive classroom management strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of students.
- Prepare and organize classroom resources and learning materials.
- Maintain accurate student records and complete required documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent) is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Years students.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education practices.
