Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential clients in target industries through proactive outreach. • Cultivate and nurture relationships with HR professionals and key decision-makers. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and career fairs to promote services and generate leads. • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges. • Develop customized recruitment solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client. • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition. • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to secure new business opportunities. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns. • Continuously monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Requirements: • Proven experience in outdoor sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong drive to achieve targets. • Knowledge of the local market and industries in Qatar. • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Must be locally available in Qatar, with the ability to transfer/join immediately.
