The essential skills required for this purpose are as follows:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years' of experience of working in a production
- management role of a large carpentry, furniture and joinery manufacturing
- company.
- A self-driven and pro-active person with a strong personality and
- good man-management skills, who can efficiently lead a workforce.
- Very strong technical and execution capabilities with ability to
- solve technical problems and details.
- Sound knowledge of woodworking business particularly technical
- aspects relating to joinery and case good construction methods, finishing
- procedures, timber and veneers, familiarity with various woodworking
- machinery etc.
- Familiarity with procurement sources for timber, veneer, l &
- ironmongery materials will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to
- work successfully in a multinational environment.
- Team player
- Familiarity with the Middle East market will be an advantage but is
- not necessary.
- Had Driving License n Qatar.
