ملخص الدور الوظيفي
سيكون فني الكهروميكانيك مسؤولاً عن صيانة الأصول وفقاً للممارسات الفنية القياسية ومتطلبات الشركات المصنعة لضمان الموثوقية المطلوبة للمعدات. والالتزام بالمتطلبات والأهداف والإرشادات المحلية والإقليمية والمتعلقة بالقطاع والمجموعة (خاصة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة HSEQ) لتنفيذ العمل.
يقع مقر هذا المنصب في جدة وسيرفع تقاريره إلى مساعد مدير الصيانة.
المسؤوليات:
- تنفيذ مهام الصيانة وفقاً للمعايير والإجراءات لضمان الجودة المطلوبة بأكثر الطرق فعالية، إلى جانب امتلاك الخبرة في استخدام تقديم البيانات وتحديثها في نظام الصيانة Matrix، مع التركيز على إجراءات الصيانة الوقائية والمهام القياسية وقوائم قطع الغيار والتحكم في المخزون.
- المشاركة بفاعلية في تحليل السبب الجذر للأعطال والإخفاقات المتكررة والحاسمة، بالإضافة إلى استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها بشكل فردي وتقديم الدعم اللازم للصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لخطوط الإنتاج والمعدات الصناعية.
- يجب أن يتمتع بمستوى جيد من الفهم والتمكن من أساسيات الأنظمة الهيدروليكية والنيوماتيكية والكهربائية والميكانيكية الصناعية واستكشاف أخطائها وإصلاحها، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: المضخات، وعلب التروس، والمنافيخ، والمراوح، مانعات التسرب، والمحركات، ومحولات التردد VFDs، والضواغط، وأنظمة التكييف HVAC، والمحامل (الرولمان بلي)، إلخ.
- دعم المناوبات المتعددة وإجراء الصيانة الطارئة والإصلاحات الكهربائية والميكانيكية عند الحاجة، فضلاً عن دعم عملية التشغيل التجريبي للأصول الجديدة بناءً على متطلبات معايير HSEQ والمعايير الهندسية مع إجراءات تصاريح العمل.
- تقديم الدعم في لغات برمجة PLC المختلفة، وشبكات التحكم، وأنظمة التحكم الصناعية، وقراءة وفهم المخططات والرسومات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والنيوماتيكية الأساسية.
- تقديم الدعم لتحديث جميع سجلات الصيانة والتقديرات الضرورية من خلال نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب CMMS.

المؤهلات:
- دورة تقنية مهنية أو دبلوم (ميكانيكا / كهرباء / كهروميكانيك)
- خبرة من 4 إلى 6 سنوات في صيانة المرافق الكهروميكانيكية والصناعية.
- طلاقة في اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً
- إتقان تطبيقات Microsoft Office، بما في ذلك Excel وPowerPoint وOutlook.
الموقع: جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Electro-Mechanical Technician, will be responsible for maintaining assets in accordance with the standard technical practice and manufacturers requirements to ensure the right equipment reliability. Follow local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ) requirements, objectives, and guidelines for performing the work.
This position is based in Jeddah and will report to the Assistant Manager Maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance tasks following the standards and procedures ensuring the right quality in the most effective way along with having experience in utilizing and giving inputs for data updates in the Matrix Maintenance System, with focus on Preventive Maintenance actions, Standard Jobs and spare part lists & inventory control.
- Actively participate in root cause analysis of re-occurring and critical breakdowns and failures as well as troubleshoot the faults individually and provide necessary support towards Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of production lines and industrial equipment.
- Must have a good level of understanding and grip on the basics of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Industrial Electrical and Mechanical systems and troubleshooting of following but not limited to Pumps, Gearboxes, blowers, fans, seals, Motors, VFD s, compressors, HVAC, bearings etc.
- Support the multiple shifts and conduct the emergency maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs as and when required as well as support the commissioning process for new assets based on the requirement HSEQ- and engineering standards with work permit procedures.
- Provide support in different PLC Programming languages, control networks, Industrial control systems and reading and understanding basic mechanical, electrical and pneumatic diagrams and drawings.
- Provide support to update all the necessary records of maintenance, estimation through CMMS- computerized maintenance management system.

Qualification:
- Vocational Technical course or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical)
- 4-6 years of experience in Electro-mechanical and Industrial facility maintenance.
- Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
