Job Description:
Manage and grow the target community by building effective relationships with its members, increasing engagement and participation, and enhancing the user experience to support the achievement of the organization's or project's objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related administrative discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field, particularly in business development, entrepreneurship initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Previous experience working in co-working spaces, business incubators, and accelerators is preferred.
- Good knowledge of entrepreneurship and business development fundamentals.
- Good understanding of operational processes.
- Experience and skills in sales.
- Strong communication skills.
- Report writing and presentation preparation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Marketing skills and experience.
- Experience and knowledge in partnership development and management.
