يتولى مهندس ضمان الجودة مسؤولية تصميم وتنفيذ الاختبارات اليدوية والآلية للتحقق من وظائف البرمجيات وأدائها وموثوقيتها وسهولة استخدامها. ويضمن هذا الدور تلبية الحلول الرقمية لمعايير الجودة المحددة وتوقعات المستخدمين من خلال اكتشاف العيوب ومشكلات الجودة في مرحلة مبكرة من دورة حياة التطوير ودعم حلها في الوقت المناسب.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تنفيذ حالات الاختبار اليدوية والآلية للتحقق من وظائف البرمجيات وأدائها وموثوقيتها وسهولة استخدامها.
- تصميم حالات الاختبار وسيناريوهات الاختبار وصيانتها وتحديثها بناءً على المتطلبات ومعايير القبول.
- تحديد عيوب البرمجيات وتوثيقها ومتابعتها والتحقق منها، وتقديم معلومات واضحة لدعم حلها في الوقت المناسب.
- مراجعة المتطلبات ومعايير القبول لتحديد الفجوات والغموض ومشكلات الجودة المحتملة في مرحلة مبكرة من دورة حياة التطوير.
- المساهمة في تخطيط الاختبار من خلال تحديد سيناريوهات الاختبار المناسبة وبيانات الاختبار وتقدير جهود الاختبار.
- إجراء الاختبارات الوظيفية واختبارات الانحدار والتكامل وغيرها من الاختبارات المطبقة لضمان تلبية الميزات المقدمة لمعايير الجودة ومعايير القبول المحددة.
- التعاون مع المطورين ومحللي الأعمال وفرق المنتجات وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين لتوضيح المتطلبات ودعم حل مشكلات الجودة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق دقيق للاختبارات وإبلاغ أصحاب المصلحة المعنيين بتقدم الاختبار والنتائج والعيوب ومخاطر الجودة المحددة.

- حالات وسيناريوهات اختبار كاملة ودقيقة متوافقة مع المتطلبات ومعايير القبول.
- نتائج تنفيذ الاختبارات الموثقة مع بيان الحالة والنتائج والأدلة الداعمة بوضوح.
- تقارير عيوب كاملة وقابلة للتتبع، تتضمن خطوات إعادة الإنتاج، ودرجة الأهمية، والأدلة الداعمة، والسجلات ذات الصلة.
- التحقق من إصلاحات العيوب مع توثيق نتائج إعادة الاختبار واختبار الانحدار.
- إكمال الاختبارات الوظيفية واختبارات الانحدار والتكامل وغيرها من الاختبارات الموكلة ضمن الجداول الزمنية المخططة.
- تحديث تغطية الاختبار من خلال سيناريوهات إضافية، والحالات الاستثنائية، وفجوات المتطلبات المحددة.
- توثيق اختبار دقيق ومحدث يضمن إمكانية التتبع بين المتطلبات وحالات الاختبار والعيوب والنتائج.
- تقارير حالة دورة الاختبار الواضحة التي تسلط الضوء على تقدم الاختبار، والعيوب، والعوائق، ومخاطر الجودة المحددة، ونتائج الاختبار الإجمالية.
متطلبات الوظيفة
التعليم والشهادات وسنوات الخبرة
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو تقنية المعلومات، أو نظم المعلومات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة
- الشهادات المهنية أو تراخيص العمل المطلوبة أو المفضلة لهذا الدور: درجة الماجستير، شهادات اختبار ISTQB
- الحد الأدنى لعدد سنوات الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة المطلوبة لهذا الدور: من 2 إلى 4 سنوات

Job Description
The QA Engineer is responsible for designing and executing manual and automated tests to verify software functionality, performance, reliability, and usability. The role ensures that digital solutions meet defined quality standards and user expectations by identifying defects and quality issues early in the development lifecycle and supporting their timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and usability.
- Design, maintain, and update test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects, providing clear information to support timely resolution.
- Review requirements and acceptance criteria to identify gaps, ambiguities, and potential quality issues early in the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to test planning by identifying appropriate test scenarios, test data, and estimating testing efforts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and other applicable testing to ensure delivered features meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and support the resolution of quality issues.
- Maintain accurate test documentation and communicate testing progress, results, defects, and identified quality risks to relevant stakeholders.
Key Deliverables
- Complete and accurate test cases and test scenarios aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Documented test execution results with clear status, findings, and supporting evidence.
- Complete and traceable defect reports, including reproduction steps, severity, supporting evidence, and relevant logs.
- Verified defect fixes with documented retest and regression results.
- Completed functional, regression, integration, and other assigned testing within planned timelines.
- Updated test coverage through additional scenarios, edge cases, and identified requirement gaps.
- Accurate and up-to-date test documentation ensuring traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and results.
- Clear test cycle status reports highlighting testing progress, defects, blockers, identified quality risks, and overall testing outcomes.
Job Requirements
Education, Certification & Years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Professional certifications or licenses required or preferred for this role: Master's degree, ISTQB test certificates
- Minimum number of years of relevant work experience required for this role: 2 to 4
