- تحديد الفرص لتحسين وصول المرضى ودعم المبادرات التي تعالج الاحتياجات غير الملباة.
- مراقبة اتجاهات السوق، ونشاط المنافسين، والأدلة المستجدة، والتغييرات في بيئة الرعاية الصحية لتوجيه اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية.
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ عمليات الإطلاق وإدارة دورة الحياة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية داخلياً، وضمان التوافق والتواصل الفعال عبر الأقسام المعنية.

- خبرة تزيد عن 3 سنوات في مجال صناعة الأدوية، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال متخصص.
- تفكير تجاري واستراتيجي قوي، مع القدرة على تحويل رؤى السوق إلى خطط عمل قابلة للتنفيذ.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinical experts, institutions, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of launch and lifecycle management.
- Act as a key point of contact internally, ensuring alignment and effective communication across relevant functions.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Due to Saudization requirements, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- 3+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with specialty.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
