About the Role

FUDDA announces its need for an HR Training and Development Specialist – Certified TOT Trainer to work full-time in Hail. The jobholder will be responsible for training, qualifying, and developing the company's employees in the general administration and branches, aiming to enhance job and operational performance efficiency across various internal departments of FUDDA.

Job Objective

This role aims to build, qualify, and develop human resources at FUDDA, standardizing the level of knowledge and performance among employees and branches. It also ensures that each employee understands their tasks and work procedures, boosting their efficiency to achieve the company's approved performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Studying the tasks and roles of all company departments and identifying training needs for each department and employee.
  • Preparing a comprehensive training and qualification plan for company employees, including current employees, new hires, and trainees.
  • Developing and implementing internal programs, courses, and workshops tailored to the nature of work in each department.
  • Training employees on the company's approved policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
  • Onboarding new employees and explaining tasks, responsibilities, organizational hierarchy, and work mechanisms prior to fully assuming their duties.
  • Training employees across various departments, including: Productive Families, Public Relations, Marketing, Projects, Logistics, Customer Service & Call Center, Human Resources, Finance, Technical Support, Quality & Performance Tracking, Design, as well as administrative and support functions.
  • Preparing training packages, content, materials, forms, and tests required for training programs.
  • Conducting pre- and post-evaluations for employees to measure the level of benefit and development resulting from training.
  • Identifying weaknesses and skill gaps among employees and creating training programs to address them.
  • Conducting in-person and remote training for employees in general administration and branches.
  • Coordinating with department managers and HR to identify training needs and monitor employee performance levels.
  • Monitoring the application of training in the workplace by employees and measuring the impact of training on actual performance.
  • Preparing periodic reports on implemented programs, attendance and pass rates, individual employee levels, and gaps needing address.
  • Contributing to the preparation and development of training manuals, operational guides, and job orientation programs for the company.
  • Providing recommendations to management regarding employees who need retraining or additional development.
  • Contributing to building a continuous training and development system that ensures standardized performance across general administration and all FUDDA branches.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possessing a Certified Trainer (TOT) certificate.
  • Ability to identify training needs and design training programs.
  • Excellent training, presentation, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare training packages and materials.
  • Ability to evaluate training impact and provide recommendations.

Work Environment

The Training and Development Specialist works within the FUDDA team in Hail, with a scope covering general administration and branches, with the ability to conduct in-person and remote training.
