Cost Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

▪️Preparing and reviewing project estimated budgets.

▪️Monitoring actual costs and analyzing variances compared to the budget.

▪️Preparing periodic cost reports (Monthly Cost Reports).

▪️Reviewing payment applications/invoices (Contractor & Subcontractor) and linking them to completion percentages.

▪️Analyzing variation orders (Variation Orders) and evaluating their financial impact.

▪️Coordinating with projects, finance, procurement, and contractors to control costs.

▪️Preparing and monitoring cash flows (Cash Flow).

Required Qualifications:

▪️Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field).

▪️Not less than 10 years of experience in cost control strictly within construction contracting companies.

▪️Strong knowledge of contracts, payment certificates, and project payment systems.

▪️Advanced proficiency in Excel.

▪️Proficiency in Primavera P6.

▪️Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle).

▪️High capability in financial analysis and decision-making.

▪️Strong communication skills and ability to work across different disciplines.
