المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- مراجعة وتنسيق وثائق تصميم أنظمة AVCL، والمواصفات، والرسومات، وجداول المعدات، والتقديمات الفنية.
- تنسيق الأنظمة الصوتية والمرئية، والإضاءة، والتحكم، والتحكم في العروض، والأنظمة التخصصية ذات الصلة مع التخصصات الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP)، والأنظمة منخفضة الجهد (ELV)، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT)، والتخصصات المعمارية والإنشائية.
- مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية (Shop drawings)، واعتمادات المواد، وبيانات طريقة العمل (Method statements)، وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs)، والحسابات، والمقترحات الفنية.
- التحقق من توافق تركيبات أنظمة AVCL مع الرسومات التنفيذية المعتمدة، ومواصفات المشروع، ومتطلبات الشركة المصنعة، والكودات والمعايير المعمول بها.
- متابعة تقدم أعمال التركيب في الموقع وفحص الأعمال لضمان التوافق مع الوثائق المعتمدة ومتطلبات الجودة.
- تنسيق واجهات ربط الأنظمة مع نظام إدارة المباني (BMS)، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT)، والأمن، وإشعار الحريق، والكهرباء، والتحكم في الإضاءة، وأنظمة المباني الأخرى عند الاقتضاء.
- دعم إعداد ومراجعة إجراءات الاختبار والتشغيل والتأكد من معالجة متطلبات تكامل الأنظمة.
- إعداد ومراجعة سجلات الاختبار والتشغيل، والرسومات المنفذة بالفعل (As-built)، وأدلة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M)، ووثائق التدريب، ومتطلبات التسليم النهائي.
- ضمان تكامل أنظمة AVCL وعملها بكفاءة قبل تسليم المشروع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات فنية دقيقة وضمان إدارة جميع وثائق AVCL من خلال منصة التحكم بالوثائق/نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) المعتمدة للمشروع.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية، أو الإلكترونيات، أو الاتصالات، أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة تتراوح بين 7 إلى 10 سنوات في الأنظمة الصوتية والمرئية (AV)، أو الأنظمة منخفضة الجهد (ELV)، أو التحكم في الإضاءة، أو التحكم في العروض، أو الأنظمة التخصصية.
- فهم قوي لأنظمة AVCL وتركيبها وتنسيقها واختبارها وتشغيلها.
- تعد معرفة بروتوكولات DALI أو KNX أو DMX أو البروتوكولات المماثلة ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل من لديه خبرة في العمل في المشاريع التجارية المعقدة، أو الضيافة، أو الترفيه، أو المعالم الترفيهية، أو المشاريع ضخمة النطاق.
- تعد المعرفة الجيدة بتنسيق نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) ومنصاتها مثل Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revit / Navisworks ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات وجداول المعدات ومتطلبات الربط والواجهات.
We are looking for an experienced AVCL Engineer / Specialist to join our team and support the delivery, coordination, testing, and commissioning of Audio Visual, Lighting, Control, and Show Control systems across complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate AVCL design documents, specifications, drawings, equipment schedules, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate AV, lighting, control, show-control, and related specialist systems with MEP, ELV, ICT, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, calculations, and technical proposals.
- Ensure AVCL installations comply with approved shop drawings, project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
- Monitor site installation progress and inspect works to ensure compliance with approved documents and quality requirements.
- Coordinate system interfaces with BMS, ICT, security, fire alarm, electrical, lighting control, and other building systems where applicable.
- Support the development and review of testing and commissioning procedures and ensure system integration requirements are addressed.
- Prepare & Review testing and commissioning records, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, training documents, and final handover requirements.
- Ensure AVCL systems are properly integrated and functional prior to project handover.
- Maintain accurate technical records and ensure all AVCL documentation is managed through the approved project document-control/BIM platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience 7-10 years in AV, ELV, lighting control, show control, or specialist systems.
- Strong understanding of AVCL system , installation, coordination, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of DALI, KNX, DMX, or similar protocols is an advantage.
- Experience working on complex commercial, hospitality, entertainment, themed-attraction, or large-scale projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of BIM coordination and platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/Revit/Navisworks is an advantage.
- Ability to review technical drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and interface requirements.
