Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. ITIL
best practices framework certification or equivalent.
Professional Experience (minimum)
10-15 years of experience.
5 years as an IT manager.
Certified ITIL Service Delivery Manager or Service Support Manager or equivalent (IT Service Management
discipline)
Other IT certifications is a bonus

المؤهلات المطلوبة للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو ما يعادلها. شهادة إطار أفضل الممارسات ITIL أو ما يعادلها. الخبرة المهنية (الحد الأدنى) 10-15 سنة من الخبرة. 5 سنوات كمدير لتقنية المعلومات. شهادة مدير تقديم خدمات ITIL معتمد أو مدير دعم الخدمات أو ما يعادلها (في مجال إدارة خدمات تقنية المعلومات) تعتبر الشهادات الأخرى في مجال تقنية المعلومات ميزة إضافية.
