Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately surveying quantities for structural and architectural works.
- Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and payment certificates.
- Comprehensive review and auditing of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and matching them with the bills of quantities.
- Preparing detailed bills of quantities and surveying summaries on a periodic basis.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural).
- Documented practical experience of not less than (5) years in quantity surveying.
- Comprehensive experience in surveying all work items, including: (concrete, masonry, plastering, doors and windows, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, facades, insulation, and carpentry works).
- Full proficiency and professionalism in using specialized engineering software: (AutoCAD – Excel – PlanSwift – Revit) or similar quantity surveying software.
