المسؤوليات:
• المساعدة في تخطيط وتطوير وتنفيذ برامج الجودة وفقاً للميزانيات المخصصة وبما يتوافق مع ترتيبات العقد/التنفيذ وخطة الجودة
• المساعدة في إنشاء وصيانة خطط الجودة لتلبية المتطلبات التعاقدية
• المساعدة في صيانة وتوثيق وتطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة لشركة وود ضمن مؤسستهم
• المساعدة في إعداد جداول التأكيد ودعم تنفيذ أنشطة التأكيد الداخلية والخارجية والخارجية عن المنظمة
• المساعدة في مراجعة الجودة والاعتماد لطلبات المنتجات/المواد
• مراجعة أنظمة وخطط إدارة الجودة وخطط الفحص والاختبار (ITPs) والتوثيق والسجلات الخاصة بالمقاولين من الباطن والموردين لضمان تلبيتها للمتطلبات المحددة
• التنسيق لزيارات التفتيش الخاصة بالموردين من أطراف ثالثة؛ ومراجعة التقارير وتوزيعها
• المساعدة في إدارة وتحليل بيانات عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية
• دعم إنشاء ومراجعة حزم المناقصات والمقترحات
• حضور اجتماعات البدء وتحديد كيفية تنفيذ متطلبات الجودة المحددة
• تعزيز الوعي بمبادئ الجودة من خلال التواصل والتعليم والتدريب الموجه
• دعم الدروس المستفادة وعمليات التحسين المستمر
• المساعدة في تنفيذ المراجعات الإدارية للمؤسسة/الإدارة المحلية وإعداد التقارير عن المقاييس ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية
المؤهلات:
المؤهلات:
• دبلوم (أو ما يعادله محلياً) في الجودة أو تخصص ذات صلة (يفضل)
• عضوية في CQI أو ASQ أو ما يعادلها في البلد (يفضل)
• مؤهل مدقق جودة من جهة معتمدة في القطاع (ضروري)
• تدريب رسمي على تحليل السبب الجذر (يفضل)

المعرفة والمهارات والخبرة:
• خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الجودة (يفضل أن تكون في مجال مماثل)
• دراية شاملة بمعيار ISO 9001 (ضروري)
• إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office
• مستوى عالٍ من مهارات التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
• مهارات التحليل وحل المشكلات والتفكير المنهجي

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of quality programmes in accordance with allocated
budgets and in compliance with contract/execution and quality plan arrangements
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality plans to meet contractual requirements
• Assist in the maintenance, documentation, and deployment of Woods Quality management system
within their respective organization
• Assist with the establishment of assurance schedules and support the implementation of internal,
external, and extrinsic assurance activities
• Assist in the quality review and approval of product/material requisitions
• Review subcontractor and supplier quality management systems, plans and ITPs, documentation, and
records ensuring they meet stated requirements
• Co-ordinate third party vebndors inspection visits; review and distribution of reports
• Assist in the management and analysis of Non-conformance and corrective action data
• Support the creation and review of tender packages and proposals
• Asstend kick-off meetings and establish how defined quality requirements will be implemented
• Promote the awareness of quality principles through targeted communication, education, and training
• Support lessons learned and continual improvement processes
• Assist implementation of organization/local management reviews and reporting of metrics and KPIs
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Diploma (or local equivalent) in quality or related discipline (desirable)
• Membership of CQI, ASQ, or other country equivalent (desirable)
• Quality auditor qualification by a recognized industry body (essential)
• Formal root cause analysis training (desirable)

Knowledge, skills, and experience:
• Minimum of 3 years previous quality experience (preferably in relevant industry equivalent)
• Comprehensive ISO 9001 awareness (essential)
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• High level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and systematic thinking
