نحن Sisco Jobs، شركة استشارات توظيف مقرها في تريتشي، تاميل نادو. نحن نقوم بالتوظيف نيابة عن عميلنا لشغل وظيفة مشرف موقع معماري في المملكة العربية السعودية. المطلوب هو محترف ماهر ومتحمس قادر على الإشراف على الأنشطة المعمارية وأعمال التشطيبات في موقع البناء. إذا كانت تتوفر فيك المتطلبات أدناه، يرجى التقديم مبكراً حيث أن الوظائف محدودة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على الأعمال المعمارية والتشطيبات اليومية في موقع المشروع.
- التحقق من أن التنفيذ في الموقع يتبع المخططات المعمارية المعتمدة والمواصفات ومتطلبات المشروع.
- متابعة أعمال البناء، واللياسة، والأرضيات، والأسقف، والدهانات، والواجهات، والنجارة، وغيرها من أنشطة التشطيب.
- تنسيق الأعمال المعمارية مع الفرق المدنية والإنشائية والكهربائية والميكانيكية (MEP) للحد من التعارضات في الموقع.
- فحص جودة التنفيذ والمواد لضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة المطلوبة.
- متابعة أنشطة مقاولي الباطن والعمالة وتتبع التقدم اليومي في الموقع.
- تحديد التعارضات بين المخططات وظروف الموقع الفعلية ورفعها إلى المهندس/فريق المشروع المسؤول.
- الحفاظ على معايير السلامة، والجودة، والترتيب، وإتمام العمل في الموقع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإشراف على الموقع المعماري — القدرة على مراقبة الأنشطة المعمارية والتشطيبات في مواقع البناء النشطة.
- تفسير المخططات — القدرة على فهم المخططات والتفاصيل والتصميمات والمواصفات المعمارية.
- معرفة أعمال التشطيبات — الفهم العملي لأعمال الأرضيات، والأسقف، والدهانات، والبناء، والنجارة، والتشطيبات ذات الصلة.
- فحص الجودة — القدرة على تحديد عيوب التنفيذ والتحقق من الأعمال المكتملة وفقاً للمواصفات.
- التنسيق في الموقع — القدرة على تنسيق الأنشطة المعمارية مع الفرق المدنية، والكهربائية والميكانيكية، ومقاولي الباطن، وفرق المشروع.
المهارات المفضل توفرها
- معرفة ببرنامج AutoCAD/قراءة المخططات.
- الإلمام بإجراءات ضمان الجودة/ضبط الجودة (QA/QC) في الإنشاءات.
- العمل السابقة في مواقع البناء في الخليج/السعودية

Job description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Architectural Site Supervisor in Saudi Arabia. The requirement is for a skilled and motivated professional capable of supervising architectural and finishing activities at construction sites. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day architectural and finishing works at the project site.
- Ensure site execution follows approved architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor masonry, plastering, flooring, ceiling, painting, façade, joinery, and other finishing activities.
- Coordinate architectural works with civil, structural, and MEP teams to minimize site conflicts.
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor subcontractor and workforce activities and track daily site progress.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions and escalate them to the responsible engineer/project team.
- Maintain site safety, quality, housekeeping, and work-completion standards.
Required Skills
- Architectural Site Supervision — Ability to monitor architectural and finishing activities on active construction sites.
- Drawing Interpretation — Ability to understand architectural drawings, details, layouts, and specifications.
- Finishing Works Knowledge — Practical understanding of flooring, ceilings, painting, masonry, joinery, and related finishes.
- Quality Inspection — Ability to identify workmanship defects and verify completed work against specifications.
- Site Coordination — Ability to coordinate architectural activities with civil, MEP, subcontractor, and project teams.
Preferred Skills
- AutoCAD/drawing-reading knowledge.
- Familiarity with construction QA/QC procedures.
- Previous Gulf/Saudi construction-site exposure
