Job Responsibilities/Technical and executive: 

1. AutoCAD Drawing Preparation & Updating:

• Prepare, modify, update, and finalize accurate 2D/3D engineering drawings in AutoCAD based on approved layouts, mark-ups, site conditions, and instructions provided by engineers and authorized stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings, architectural and MEP mark-ups, facility layouts, cleanroom drawings, utility drawings, and other engineering documentation required for manufacturing and support facilities.

• Maintain, organize, archive, and update engineering drawings, technical documents, schematics, registers, and related records in accordance with the established Quality Management System (QMS), GMP/GxP requirements, and applicable procedures.
• Control drawing numbers, revisions, status, issue dates, approvals, indexing, transmittals, and superseded copies to ensure full traceability and audit readiness.

• Maintain controlled master drawings for buildings, production areas, warehouses, cleanrooms, utilities, and engineering systems, ensuring that approved changes are accurately incorporated.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, QA, EHS, Production, and other concerned departments to collect approved mark-ups and ensure timely updating of affected AutoCAD drawings.
• Maintain up-to-date drawing registers, document logs, technical archives, and electronic filing structures, and ensure that the latest approved drawings are readily available to authorized users.

• Support engineering and project teams by preparing drawing packages, extracting drawing information, converting files to required formats, and following up on drawing/document submissions, reviews, comments, and approvals.
• Perform site verification when required to confirm dimensions and existing conditions, and comply with direct manager instructions and department work priorities based on business requirements.

Required Educational Level and Certificates -  Bachelor of Engineering 

Required Experience - 2- 4 years of experience in a similar position.
