يسعى أحد عملائنا المرموقين، وهي شركة تصنيع، إلى تعيين مدير إنتاج – خلط لقيادة عمليات الإنتاج، وتحسين أداء التصنيع، وتطوير فريق عمل قوي.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية• تحقيق خطط الإنتاج وأهداف الحجم من خلال التخطيط الفعال للسعة والقوى العاملة والموارد. • تعزيز جودة المنتج، وتحليل خسائر الإنتاج، وتنفيذ تدابير لتقليل الهدر ووقت التوقف. • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ودفع التحسينات في استهلاك الطاقة والمياه والتصنيع المستدام. • تنسيق خطط الصيانة، وتقييم قدرات الآلات، ومبادرات الاستثمار في التصنيع. • تنفيذ ممارسات التصنيع الرشيق (Lean)، وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs)، ومنهجيات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية. • قيادة وتطوير فرق الإنتاج من خلال أهداف واضحة، وتطوير الكفاءات، والتدريب المنظم. • دعم عمليات تدقيق الجودة، وتدقيق العملاء، والامتثال لمعيار ISO 9001 والمعايير المعمول بها.
المتطلبات• درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في الهندسة أو التصنيع أو التكنولوجيا الصناعية أو تخصص ذي صلة. • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صناعة الإطارات. • خبرة صناعية مثبتة في الإنتاج مع قدرات قوية في قيادة الفريق والإدارة التشغيلية. • إلزامي: خبرة تشغيلية عملية في اثنين على الأقل مما يلي: ماكينات كوميريو للتقويم (Comerio Calenders)، وآلات فيشر للقطع (Fischer Cutting Machines)، وماكينات البثق تروستر (Troester Extruders). • معرفة قوية بفعالية المعدات الشاملة (OEE)، ووقت الدورة، وتخطيط السعة، وأنظمة الإنتاج، وتحليل الخسائر. • فهم سليم للتصنيع الرشيق (Lean)، ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، والسلامة القائمة على السلوك، ومعايير تدقيق الجودة. • إتقان حزمة Microsoft Office والطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وتعد اللغة العربية أو اللغات الإضافية ميزة. • يفضل وجود خبرة في تصنيع الإطارات والمشاركة في تشغيل المصانع.

We’re Hiring | Production Manager – Mixing
One of our esteemed clients, a manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Manager – Mixing to lead production operations, improve manufacturing performance, and develop a strong operational team.
Key Responsibilities• Deliver production plans and volume targets through effective capacity, manpower, and resource planning.• Strengthen product quality, analyze production losses, and implement measures to reduce waste and downtime.• Ensure HSE compliance and drive improvements in energy, water consumption, and sustainable manufacturing.• Coordinate maintenance plans, machinery capability assessments, and manufacturing investment initiatives.• Implement Lean practices, SOPs, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.• Lead and develop production teams through clear objectives, competency development, and structured training.• Support quality audits, customer audits, and compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
Requirements• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.• +8 years of relevant experience in tyre industry.• Proven industrial production experience with strong team leadership and operational management capabilities.• Mandatory: Practical operational experience with at least two of the following: Comerio Calenders, Fischer Cutting Machines, and Troester Extruders.• Strong knowledge of OEE, cycle time, capacity planning, production systems, and loss analysis.• Sound understanding of Lean manufacturing, HSE, behavior-based safety, and quality audit standards.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.• Tyre manufacturing experience and participation in a factory ramp-up are preferred.
