We currently have an urgent requirement for the position of Procurement Officer for reputed Oil & Gas Company for their Workshop Requirement in Saudi Arabia. Responsible for sourcing and purchasing plates, pipes, fittings, flanges, welding consumables, structural materials, equipment, tools, and project-specific items as per approved MTOs, specifications, and project requirements. Handles RFQs, supplier evaluation, technical and commercial comparisons, negotiations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and expediting to ensure materials are available as per project schedules. Coordinates closely with Engineering, QA/QC, Stores, Finance, and Project teams for material specifications, approvals, inspection requirements, documentation, and timely delivery. Must have good knowledge of material grades, ASME/API standards, MTC requirements, material traceability, vendor documentation, and procurement procedures, with strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Specialization : Manufacturing of pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, Pipings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Procurement Officer with 3-8 years of experience in industrial fabrication, Oil & Gas, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structural steel, and EPC projects, preferably supporting Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and major EPC clients.
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical /BE Mechanical
