We’re Hiring | Research & Business Development Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Mii is looking for an experienced Research & Business Development Manager who combines strong market research expertise with a proven ability to build client relationships, generate new business, and convert opportunities into successful research projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
Saudi national. At least bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in market research, insights, or consulting. Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, with experience working with government entities and private-sector organizations. Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, sampling, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting. Strong professional network with the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities. Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales/revenue targets. Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in government and private-sector tenders. Ability to manage client relationships from initial engagement and needs identification through proposal development, project delivery, and follow-up. Experience overseeing research projects and ensuring quality, timelines, and client expectations are achieved. Ability to lead and develop a small research team. Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
