We are looking for an experienced Bid Writer based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with a strong background in Catering and Facilities Management (FM).
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, tenders and prequalification submissions, translating operational requirements into clear and compelling bid responses, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver compliant submissions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Bid Writing, Proposal Management or Tender Management.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in both Catering and Facilities Management (FM).
• Strong understanding of FM and catering service operations.
• Experience preparing bids for large-scale FM, catering, hospitality, accommodation or integrated support-service contracts.
• Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC tendering experience is highly preferred.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
