Job description

A technology company in Riyadh is looking for a Senior QA Engineer - Development for a long-term Odoo CRM / Managed Services project. The project requires dedicated senior resources with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, write and maintain test cases from business and functional requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, integration and UAT cycles for Odoo CRM releases.
• Test APIs and integrations between Odoo and third-party systems.
• Log, triage and track defects through to closure, and verify fixes.
• Maintain and extend the automated regression suite.
• Define entry and exit criteria and provide release sign-off recommendations.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts throughout each sprint.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabia in the same or a closely related role is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
• Experience testing enterprise-level systems, ideally ERP or CRM platforms.
• Experience must be demonstrable through the CV and previous projects.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and available for interview and project mobilization.

Skills

• Defect management and triage (Jira with Xray or Zephyr, TestRail, Azure DevOps)
• API testing with Postman or similar tools
• Test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework or pytest)
• SQL and database-level validation
• ERP or CRM testing; Odoo experience is a strong advantage
• Agile / Scrum delivery and sprint-based testing
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Clear test reporting and release sign-off documentation
