Role: Strategic Project Manager (Finance) - Remote Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Full-Time Payout: $400K - $550K/yr
Role Overview:The Strategic Project Lead, Finance will oversee high-impact financial initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational execution. This role requires translating financial data into actionable insights to drive decision-making across the organization. Candidates will manage cross-functional projects with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead strategic finance projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long-term business goals.• Develop and implement financial models to evaluate project feasibility and ROI.• Oversee financial reporting and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.• Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial project management.• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or other relevant accounting standards.
