Role Description The Senior CGI and Architectural Visualization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. This position is responsible for producing high-quality CGI renders, animations. Qualifications Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Sketch Up) and visualization engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape). Experience with architectural visualization workflows, including scene composition, lighting, materials, textures, and post-processing using tools such as Photoshop or similar software. Demonstrated ability to produce photo-realistic CGI images, animations, and walkthroughs for commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and present visualization concepts to stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, Animation, or a related field; advanced certifications in CGI or visualization are an advantage. Previous experience in a senior visualization role within engineering, architecture, or BIM-focused organizations, preferably with international project exposure.
