Mubarak Anbar bin Mubarak Al-Khaldi Construction Company invites qualified candidates to fill the position of Security Guard in Dammam, in the Eastern Province. This role is offered on a full-time basis and targets individuals with experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of guarding and security.

Main Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of the Security Guard role is to provide comprehensive protection for the company’s properties and its facilities. This includes conducting regular security patrols and closely monitoring all work areas to prevent theft and vandalism and to ensure a safe environment. The security guard is also responsible for organizing and supervising entry and exit movements to and from the facility, maintaining order and discipline at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor entry to and exit from the facility and issue the necessary permissions for that.
• Verify the identity of suppliers and visitors, record their data, and issue entry permissions for them.
• Conduct regular patrols at the workplace, inspect gates, doors, and windows to ensure their safety.
• Move between visitors and employees to maintain order and protect property, and enforce facility policies.
• Respond immediately to alarms and investigate reported incidents.
• Contact fire protection, ambulance, or police departments when necessary, and inform the relevant management.
• Strict adherence to the health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures approved by the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in security or guarding.
• Ability to observe carefully and stay alert to handle any emergencies or suspicious situations.
• Full commitment to the applicable security policies and procedures, in addition to health, safety, and environment policies.
• Basic communication skills to interact with visitors and staff and report incidents.

Job Details and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be determined based on experience and qualifications and is not disclosed at this time.
