المسؤوليات الرئيسية: العمل كخبير فني في الموضوع ونقطة الاتصال للمشروع؛ التعاون مع مدير المشروع لتطوير وتنفيذ خطة التنفيذ التقنية؛ قيادة وتنسيق أنشطة فرق vendors الفنية لضمان التوافق والتسليم في الوقت المناسب؛ تقديم الإرشاد الفني والتوجيه لفريق المشروع لتعزيز مشاركة المعرفة وتطوير المهارات؛ تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر الفنية، والتعامل مع أي قضايا قد تنشأ بشكل استباقي؛ ضمان نشر وتكوين تقنيات السحابة بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات الوظيفية والأداء للمشروع؛ تطوير والحفاظ على وثائق فنية شاملة، بما في ذلك بنية النظام والتكوينات والإجراءات؛ دعم اختبار والتحقق من الحلول المنفذة، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع؛ تسهيل نقل المعرفة لفريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى العميل، لتمكينهم من إدارة وصيانة الأنظمة المنشأة بفعالية.
خبرة تقنية قوية ومهارة عملية في تقنيات السحابة، خاصة مع Red Hat OpenStack وPalo Alto Networks وF5 وIBM Watson Cloud Pak؛ فهم عميق للمشهد التقني المحلي والفوارق الثقافية في العراق لقيادة المبادرات التقنية بفعالية وتحقيق نتائج ناجحة؛ مهارات حل المشكلات وتنضيد الأعطال بشكل ممتازة، مع القدرة على تحديد وحل القضايا التقنية المعقدة بسرعة؛ مهارات تواصل وتفاعل اجتماعي قوية، مع القدرة على التعاون الفعال مع فرق عمل متعددة الوظائف وأصحاب المصلحة؛ خبرة مثبتة في قيادة الفرق التقنية وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين؛ الكفاءة في أدوات ومنهجيات إدارة المشاريع. المؤهلات المفضلة: شهادات تقنية ذات صلة (مثال: Red Hat Certified Engineer، Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator، IBM Certified Solution Architect)؛ خبرة في نشر ودمج حلول IT معقدة ومتعددة البائعين؛ معرفة بسوق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأعمال في العراق

Job description
Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical subject matter expert and point of contact for the project Collaborate with the project manager to develop and execute the technical implementation plan Lead and coordinate the activities of the vendor technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise Ensure the deployment and configuration of the cloud technologies meet the project's functional and performance requirements Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and procedures Support the testing and validation of the implemented solutions, working closely with the project stakeholders Facilitate knowledge transfer to the client's IT team, enabling them to effectively manage and maintain the deployed systems.
Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in cloud technologies, particularly with Red Hat OpenStack, Palo Alto Networks, F5, and IBM Watson Cloud Pak Thorough understanding of the local IT landscape and cultural nuances in Iraq to effectively lead technical initiatives and drive successful outcomes Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior team members Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Preferred Qualifications Relevant technical certifications (e.
g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator, IBM Certified Solution Architect) Experience in the deployment and integration of complex, multi-vendor IT solutions Knowledge of the Iraqi IT and business landscape
