About the Role Blackgold Training Institute is looking for a qualified and experienced Welding Instructor to join our training team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering background, practical knowledge of welding and workshop operations, and a passion for developing technical skills through both classroom and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities Deliver theoretical and practical welding training to trainees. Conduct hands-on workshop sessions and demonstrations. Explain welding techniques, equipment, tools, and safe working practices. Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and assessments. Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment. Support trainees in developing practical, industry-relevant welding skills. Follow the institute's training standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.3+ years of relevant experience in welding, mechanical engineering, technical training, or a related industry. Strong practical understanding of welding processes and workshop practices. Previous experience as a trainer or instructor is preferred. Fluent Arabic speaker. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with trainees from different technical backgrounds. Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and training quality.
