HSE Manager to lead and manage all HSE aspects of a specific project from inception to completion. Ensure the safe and environmentally sound execution of all project activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans and procedures Conduct pre-start-up safety reviews (PSSRs) and hazard assessments. Monitor and supervise all HSE activities on site, including daily safety inspections. Investigate accidents and incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks for project personnel. Prepare and submit HSE reports and documentation Liaise with the Regional HSE Manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Nationality: Saudi Bachelor s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, GradIOSH/CMIOSH, ASP/CSP) are preferred. Minimum 10 15 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction or related industry. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
