Job description

· Gather and analyze business requirements in HR, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting, and Other Odoo ERP Modules/Apps.

· Translate business needs into clear written functional and technical specifications.

· Daily Coordination with Odoo Implementation Company to Expedite Implementation of Core Business Requirements and best practices in All Odoo ERP apps/modules designs, data management, and workflows automation.

· Provide guidance on system configuration, integration, and reporting.

· Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues, while ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Skills

· Proven experience with Odoo ERP, including module customization and Odoo Studio.

· Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.

· Solid experience in HR and/or Supply Chain & Purchasing modules.

· Skilled in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.

· Bilingual English and Arabic – excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience implementing ERP solutions in restaurant, QSR, or FMCG sectors.

· Knowledge of Odoo deployment, integration, and best practices in data governance.
