System Operation Specialist | Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia

About the Role: To ensure the safe, reliable, and effective operation of all automated and non automated warehousing materials handling equipment and systems to meet Almarai business requirements.
- Hands on repair and maintenance of automated material handling equipment.
- Diagnose and fix the electrical, electronic & mechanical faults.
- Assist the installation teams with the preparation and installation of automatic materials handling equipment.
- Supporting the operation with the recovery and resolution of all short term and long-term faults/stoppages.
- Breakdown resolution reporting and follow up,
Requirements:
- Must be holding bachelor’s degree in an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience with industrial automation systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
- Hands‑on knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Schneider).
- Experience in control systems design, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
- Good verbal and written communication English skills.
- Must have competencies such as: Ability to plan and organize multiple activities simultaneously. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Good interpersonal skills, Positive enthusiastic attitude towards work.

عن الدور: لضمان التشغيل الآمن والموثوق والفعال لجميع معدات وأنظمة مناولة المواد الآلية وغير الآلية في المستودعات لتلبية متطلبات عمل المراعي.
- إصلاح وصيانة يدوية للمعدات الآلية مناولة المواد.
- تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الكهربائية والإلكترونية والميكانيكية.
- مساعدة فرق التركيب في تجهيز وتركيب معدات مناولة المواد التلقائية.
- دعم التشغيل في استرجاع وحل جميع الأعطال/التوقفات القصيرة والطويلة الأجل.
- الإبلاغ عن حوادث الأعطال والمتابعة.
المتطلبات:
- يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الميكانيكية.
- خبرة مثبتة في أنظمة الأتمتة الصناعية (PLC، HMI، SCADA).
- معرفة عملية ببرمجة PLC (مثلاً سيمنز، Allen‑Bradley، Schneider).
- خبرة في تصميم أنظمة التحكم، استكشاف المشكلات، والاعتماد.
- الإلمام ببروتوكولات الاتصالات الصناعية (Profibus، Modbus، Profinet، Ethernet/IP).
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- يجب أن يمتلك قدرات مثل: القدرة على التخطيط وتنظيم عدة أنشطة في الوقت ذاته. مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية جيدة بالإنجليزية. مهارات التعامل بين الأشخاص، موقف إيجابي حماسي تجاه العمل.
