Assistant Regional Quality Assurance Manager | Dammam, Saudi Arabia

About the Role: To ensure business performance and improve customer satisfaction base by ensuring Regional Compliance related to Quality & Food Safety management systems, processes and personnel to develop continuous improvement culture and optimize the resources and activities to achieve business objectives.

1. Implement a successful HACCP Program at regional level covering all Food safety risks associated with Storage & Distribution.
2. Implement a Regional comprehensive audit plan and conduct audits against ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & ISO 14001 and Almarai Internal Standards.
3. Implement Regional comprehensive AIBI inspection plan and conduct inspections against AIBI standard.
4. Lead & direct the regional teams to provide comprehensive day to day service to support all core regional activities and associated processes which include formulating strategies, problem solving, decision making and risk management at the regions.
5. Record, measure, monitor and report Regional KPI’s performance through established methodologies and generate regular reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any Science/Engineering Discipline, Dairy Technologist/Food Technologist.
• 5 - 6 years of experience in FMCG Industry within quality function.
• Previous ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 HACCP implementation experience with a grounding in Distribution and logistics.
• Experienced in middle east.
• Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
• Must have competencies such as: Self-motivating approach to problem solving, Personal integrity, Ability to take initiative, Sound reasoning skills, Achievement focused.
