المشروع هو برنامج بنية تحتية رئيسي لتطوير مختلط الاستخدام يهدف إلى أن يصبح علامة عالمية معروفة برؤيته الفريدة ومكانته كوجهة أصلية في الرياض. ستكون المجتمع مركزاً متميزاً مكتفياً ذاتياً في الرياض يقدم العديد من الأصول الأيقونية. ستقوم KBR بتقديم خدمات استشارات إدارة المشروع في التخطيط للمشروع والتحكم والتصميم والإدارة الهندسية، وتنفيذ حزم التطوير والعمل المبكر.
الدور
التبليغ مباشرة إلى مدير التصميم الأول.إعداد وإنتاج المپاد من الرسومات لمختلف الأعمال، الرسومات التنفيذية، والتفاصيل للمعمارية والمدنية والهندسية والصناعية باستخدام أحدث التحديثات والإصدارات في أنظمة وبرامج التصميم بالحاسوب (CAD).
دعم المهندسين والمصممين في جميع التخصصات من خلال مجموعة من المهام بما في ذلك رسومات الاقتراح، الرسومات التنفيذية، العلامات الحمراء والرسومات التخطيطية
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
·فهم استخدامات مستويات الرسم وملفات المراجع وأدوات CAD.·إعداد جميع الرسومات المعمارية/المدنية والكهربائية/السباكة باستخدام AutoCAD.·القدرة على إجراء رسومات الإنشاء (IFC) ورسومات تقديم.·التفاعل مع المهندسين لإنشاء الرسومات لعمليات البناء بسرعة ودقة.·تحديث الرسومات وفقاً للمعلومات المقدمة من مهندسي المسح الميداني.·إنتاج الرسومات التي يجب أن تكون مركزة على التعليمات المكتوبة والحسابات والمعادلات المقدمة من المهندسين.·الحفاظ على ملفات الرسومات وتنسيق مساهمة الوثائق مع العميل وموقع العمل والموردين.·ملء التفاصيل الفنية باستخدام الرسومات والمسودات التقريبية والمواصفات والحسابات التي يجريها المهندسون والمساحون.·أداء واجبات ومسؤوليات أخرى مثل إعداد مواد التقديم كما يعين المشرف عند الحاجة.·التأكد من أن نطاق العمل (تصميم البنية التحتية) لتحقيق أهداف المشروع مفهوم ومتفق عليه من قبل جميع الأطراف المعنية وأن أي فجوات في النطاق قد تم التعرف عليها ومعالجتها مع العميل والأطراف المعنية.الخبرة، المهارات والمعرفة
·خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات·خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل·خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الشرق الأوسط·فهم عملي لمبادئ التصميم الهندسي في تخصصات التصميم المعماري والإنشائي والبنية التحتية.·يجب أن تكون على دراية بدليل التصميم والمعايير المعمول بها في مشاريع التطوير وكيفية استخدامها لتحديد معايير التصميم.·القدرة على التفكير المكاني والتفكير بشكل مستقل.·إتقان AutoCAD.·معرفة عملية جيدة بـ MS Excel وأنظمة إدارة المستندات الإلكترونية.الكفاءات

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Senior Design Manager.Prepare and produce the different trades of drawings, shop drawings, details for architectural, civil, structural and industrial disciplines using the latest updates and versions at the computer aided design (CAD) systems and programs software.
Support Engineers and Designers in all disciplines through a variety of tasks including proposal drawings, shop drawings, red marks and sketches
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
·Understand the uses of drawing levels, reference files, and CAD tools.·Preparing all architectural/civil drawings and electrical/plumbing by AUTO-CAD software.·Have the capability to make construction drawings (IFC) and presentation drawings.·Interact with Engineers to quickly and accurately, create drawings for the construction processes.·Update the drawings according to the information given by the field survey Engineers.·Produce the drawings that have to be centred on written instructions, calculations and equations provided by the Engineers.·Maintain drawing files and coordinate document contribution to customer, job site, and vendors.·Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by Engineers and Surveyors.·Perform other duties and miscellaneous responsibilities like preparing materials submittal as assigned by the supervisor as needed.·Confirm that the Scope of Work (Infrastructure Design) to achieve the project objectives is understood and agreed by all relevant parties and that 'scope gaps' are identified and addressed with the Client and relevant parties.EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
·Minimum of 5 years overall experience·Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role·Minimum of 3 years working in Middle East·A working understanding of engineering design principles in architectural, structural and infrastructure design disciplines.·Must be familiar with the design manuals and criteria applicable to development projects and how to use them to determine design parameters.·Ability to think spatially and reason independently.·Proficient in AutoCAD.·Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Electronic Document Management Systems.COMPETENCIES
