An exciting opportunity is available for Mechanical Specialist located in Jubail.

Job Summary

Shall prepare procedures, conducting detailed inspections, developing equipment/system specific inspection/PM check lists, developing Maintenance / repair & overhauling plans of Diesel engines, Lifting Equipment’s (overhead cranes, Fork lifts, reach stackers), HVAC, developing SOW , reviewing spare parts, Technical evaluations of Proposals / ARC , Risk Assessment (PH&A), MOC Evaluations.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed inspection of Diesel engine, HVAC & lifting equipment, forming repair recommendations.
• Developing Diesel engine, HVAC, lifting equipment & department scope related equipment/system specific Task list, PM Plans, CTI/TRA & Procedures.
• Preparing SOW for repair works, TAM & ARC (Annual rated Contract).
• Technical evaluation of contract / proposals.
• Evaluating the material desired for Maintenance & repairs works.
• Conducting Survey/ condition-based inspections of Diesel engine, HVAC, lifting equipment & department scope related equipment/system.
• Reviewing spare parts, Creating request for spare parts/MDG (Material Data Governance).
• Conducting Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Investigation of incidents.
• Preparing failure reports.
• Preparing Capital Expenses Budget (Capex).
• Reviewing /updating drawings & documents.
• Responsible for MOC (Management of Change) Initiation, MOC Evaluation, PDSA, PSSR, CFO (Clearance for Operation), MOC closeout.
• Criticality assessment /revaluation of assets, Reliability & Integrity related actions for department scope related equipment/system.
• Coordinate, supervise Project handover / Takeover activities & form records, updates, equipment master data uploading in SAP. Performing as onsite lead during critical work/conditions.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

Diploma Mechanical / Electromechanical Or Mechanical/ Electromechanical Engineer bachelor’s degree and 13+ Years of relevant Experience.

Must-haves Technical Skills:

• SAP Maintenance Modules.
• Meridium APM. (Asset Performance Management)
• Microsoft Visio.
• Microsoft project.
