The Role: Assembly Technician

Hanwha Power is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join its production team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves assembling and testing high-performance compressor systems to meet rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess practical mechanical expertise to contribute to efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and test compressor systems in strict adherence to engineering standards and technical specifications.
• Maintain manufacturing tools, fixtures, and jigs to ensure a smooth production workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address assembly bottlenecks and support continuous process improvements.
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, quality guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma, vocational training, or an associate degree in a mechanical or related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or assembly operations. Candidates with over 5 years of relevant experience within similar industrial equipment manufacturing sectors are preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong functional understanding of mechanical machinery.
• Certifications: Technical certifications or licenses in mechanical or electrical fields are preferred.
• Attributes: Proactive problem-solving skills with high attention to quality control and workplace safety are preferred.
